Dear guests

You will spend your stay in a family pension that has been lovingly renovated. We hope that you will have a pleasant time with us.

The following house rules are intended to provide assistance. We are describing how we imagine dealing with our premises and the inventory. We have also listed some rules for our own relief and for your relief, which we would like you to comply with. By treating the rooms and common rooms properly, it will help us to provide you with attractive accommodation also in the future. Thank you for observing the house rules

By arrival

The rooms can be occupied up from 4 p.m., earlier arrivals you are welcome to coordinate with us.

Departure

The rooms must be available to us from 10 a.m. on the day of departure so that we can prepare them for the next guests.

Key

Before arrival we will send you a code for the key. This opens your room as well as the entrance door of the guest house. We ask you to keep your room key in a safe place when you leave the house. The key must not be given to strangers. If the key is lost, the room tenant is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs for the locks and keys concerned.

Safety

The front door should always remain closed.

Due diligence

During your stay, we ask you to behave in an environmentally friendly manner, especially when using water and electricity. When leaving the room, make sure that the windows and doors are closed to avoid damage that can be caused by storms.

Bath

We do ask you not to dispose of any hygiene products or to throw leftover food into the toilets.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a shared kitchen. Please note that the kitchen should be left clean at all times. Cleaning products are provided.

Food or supplies must be labelled and can be stored in the refrigerator in fresh-keeping boxes or other containers that you have brought with you. This point must be observed so that all guests can find the kitchen in a clean and perfect condition at all times.

Rest time

In the interests of all other guests, we ask you to keep the peace after 10 p.m.

Cleaning

The rooms will only be cleaned after you left. The removal of extraordinary dirt will be extra charged to you.

Parking

There are few parking spaces available, otherwise we ask you to use the public parking spaces.

Dogs

Bringing dogs is generally allowed. Dogs are not allowed in bed. Please considerate the guests who are not dog lovers.

Smoking is strictly forbidden

There is a strict no-smoking policy in the entire house We have set up a smoking area for you on the balconies and in front of the house entrance. To avoid the smell of smoke, please close the doors.

Damage / loss / theft / liability

We always try to ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the house and to keep everything clean and tidy for our guests. Therefore, please handle our interior furnishings with care. For damage caused by our guests to the building or inventory, they are liable within the framework of the legal legislations. We would most appreciate if you informed us of the damage or loss that has occurred. So, we do not have to find it after your departure or during the final cleaning. The guest house expressly assumes no liability for the loss of valuables (especially jewelry and cash). The safekeeping of belongings in the cloakroom, technical equipment and the likes is also the own responsibility of the guest. Theft and willful damage to property will be reported immediately.

Washroom

The laundry room is a communal laundry room, so we ask you to leave it clean at all times. Cleaning agents are available for this.
